Tomoki City, also known as Tomuki City in PAL regions, is the 24th level in Ape Escape 3.

Description[]
NTSC-U/C: In this exclusive, the super-genius scientist with the IQ of 1300 (!) brazenly introduces his future city, which is an embodiment of his own ideals and dreams! Catchphrase: "Luxx-ury!" [1]
PAL: Dr. Tomuki, the founder of the IQ 1300 club, conspicuously prattles on about the merits of his futuristic concrete jungle. Kids! Don't forget the secret code word: Beam-o-Magnifico![2]

Tomoki City is a blue cityscape with many buildings, flying cars, a factory, and a colossal white-golden tower in the center of it all in Dr. Tomoki's image.

Trivia[]
- It's possible that "Uka Uka" could be a reference to an antagonist from the Crash Bandicoot video game series, also called Uka Uka. However, given the amount of names in Ape Escape 3 that start with "Uki" or "Ukki", especially in the NTSC-U/C version, this may just be a coincidence.
- While Bananamon/Spider Sim from Specter TV Studio is a clear reference to the comic book character Spider-Man, "Riley" from this level wears the same costume, so it's likely that he's a reference to Ben Reilly, who was a clone of Spider-Man, and for a time also wore a similar costume.
- Just like the monkey from Specter TV Studio, Riley wears a yellow and white costume in most regions, but an orange and green costume in the Japanese version.
