Today's fortune. Players can scroll through a calendar, find a monkey they've captured whose birthday falls on a date of their choosing, such as the player's birthday, and read a fortune based on that monkey. The front page of the Fortune Telling menu will show a monkey that was born on the current day so that player's can read today's fortune. Monkeys in this menu can be rotated with the Right Analog Stick. To reset their rotation, press R3.
Astrological forecast. Players can choose from one of 12 monkeys, each based on one of the 12 Zodiac animals from Western astrology, and receive advice from them. Zodiac monkeys can be identified in-game by the yellow stars on their forehead. Press the SELECT button in the Apeology Fortune menu to look up a star sign by inputting the month and day.
Love fortune. Players can input the birthdays and genders of two people, such as themselves and a crush, to get a prediction of their love compatibility. This prediction is shown as a percentage score, an image of a monkey, and a written fortune.
The player cannot use their morphs at the TV Station or Shopping Area.
There is a green RC Car in the window of the Hobby Shop that cannot be purchased. It resembles Kei's Normal chassis.
Mesal Gear Solid's cost of 573 Coins is a goroawase (a type of Japanese play on words) for "Konami", the publishers of the Metal Gear series. Basically, numbers, letters, and symbols in Japanese can be written and pronounced in multiple ways, and "ko na mi" is one of many creative ways to pronounce "five seven three".
