Sneaky-borg

Sneaky-borgs (also known as Thief Borgs in PAL regions and ドロボーグ in Japan), are Teleborgs that first appear in The Big City, the fifth level of Ape Escape 3. There, one can be found hiding in an ATM machine at the bank.

Appearance

These orange Teleborgs are equipped with a single wheel instead of a pair of legs. In cartoony bank robber fashion, they wear a long sleeve shirt with horizontal black and white stripes, a black beanie and gloves, and a painted-on black mustache and beard. They also carry an unmarked, light orange sack in their right hand and never let go of it.

Behavior

Once they appear, they will charge toward the player at high speed.

• If they make contact, the player will fall to the ground, take half a Cookie's worth of damage, and drop some of their Coins, which the Teleborg will then try to scoop up. Afterwards, they will continue to roll around in evasive directions for about 6 seconds, then jump and disappear into thin air.
• They can only take one hit from the Stun Club regardless of where the player attacks.
• If the player destroys them after they steal some Coins, they will drop a large amount of Coins all in one place, which adds up to an even bigger amount when the Coin Combo multipliers activate.
• If the player destroys them before they steal any Coins, they will only drop a normal amount of regular items consistent with other enemies.
• Sneaky-borgs will not disappear before attacking the player.

They operate very similarly to the Lousy Rats from Ape Escape 2.
