Trivia[]
- In the European version, the title of the movie being filmed in this level is "Howler Monkey's Unmoving Castle", a clear reference to the fantasy novel and animated film Howl's Moving Castle.
- The US title, "Saru-mon's Immobile Castle", is also likely intended to be a downplayed version of the same reference.
- Both Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella are referenced here. Due to probable legal conflict with Disney, the North American and European versions of the game have Monderella / Monkerella's dress changed to pink instead of blue, and the dancing scene near the end of the level is altered to look less like Disney's Beauty and the Beast.
- The first song this stage uses for background music is a remix of Dance Of The Maidens. Polovtsian. Dance No 17 by Alexander Borodin.
