The Gotcha Box as it appears in AE2.
The Gotcha Box is a giant capsule vending machine introduced in Ape Escape 2 that allows the player to unlock random items, and can be found at the Travel Station.
Use[]
The player must stand on the yellow pad in order to add "Gotcha Coins". After 10 have been inserted, hitting the box will cause a random item to appear. This can range from concept art, comics or even different designs for the R.C. Car. These items can then be viewed later in the bonus area.
This is the only way to obtain Ape Escape 2's various minigames, such as Monkey Soccer, Dance Monkey Dance or Monkey Climber.
